Mark Kwiatkowski, AIA
Mark has specialized in code compliance and construction administration throughout much of his career. He has worked on schematic design, design development and construction documentation for new designs, additions and renovations of major facilities on healthcare and educational campuses across the state.

He was responsible for the construction administration for Detroit Receiving Hospital Emergency Department Renovation and Expansion.  It was a four phase, five year effort all while keeping the ED functional.

Mark also provided professional services for the $70 million Renaissance High School for the Detroit Public School system on the site of the former Sinai Hospital.  This replacement school combines an elite high school program with a complete special education facility for severely-impaired students.  Both programs share a new state-of-the-art school building of 379,000 square feet.

Currently he is providing construction administration for two charter schools for the Thompson Foundation and one school for Cornerstone Charter Schools that involve the re-use of former Detroit Public School facilities.  These schools will provide inspiring educational spaces for Detroit's inner city students.
